deposit is required to begin working on your project. All finished work is photographed then e-mailed for
approval before final payment.
Any of the items in this website can be designed to your own personal requirements. If you have an idea for a
special gift, please feel free to email me with the information of your idea and I will be glad to help you.
I can work an a variety of subjects, including pets, wildlife, scenery, portrait and more. Items can also be
personalised with a name, initials or message. I work in both monochrome and color projects. Pictures can
be mailed but I prefer to be e-mailed to me. Please send your photograph in JPG or Gift format at 300dpi
resolution or higher.

PAYMENTS:
I accept checks and Secure online payment can be made using any major credit card, with Paypal. Please note
that overseas customers must pay using this method.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift Certificates are available. Be sure to include to whom you want it issued. Be sure to include your address
and the recipient’s address and the amount you want the certificate. Minimum Amount for certificates is $25.00
US dollars.
RETURNS:
All Items must be returned postage paid and insured in the original package, undamaged, in
seal condition and RECEIVED BY US within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the project
is damaged during shipping, we will refund the full price of the project minus shipping cost.
For custom made projects once you approve it no return will be accepted.
Burners, pens, tips, books and other supplies must be returned to the company who ship them in the same

Packages should be returned insured with tracking information so you can be sure we received
the package in a timely manner. If you can provide us with the tracking information we can keep
an eye on the package as well.
